MAX Deadlift
conventional...
worked up to 600x1 (PR) which was a grind but I got it, very happy about that
starting up my next training cycle next week, looking forward to it very much,
not that I've been loafing but intensity will defintely be kicked up from here on out. Goals for the end of the summer (September 1st) are as follow
Squat-450 (w/ wraps)
Dead- 625
Bench-315
OH-225
Prowler Sprint w/ 315 40yards with good speed
300lb atlas stone for reps
240 lbs solid BW
improved wrestling
