I'M BACK
Speed deadlift 7x1 worked up to 365 both conventional and sumo stances, need to improve starting strength in the sumo stance
Kneeling squat jump to db snatch: 5x3 worked with 10 and 15lb db's
Kneeling squat jump to box jump: 5x3
hack squat vs. green bands: 3x12, 1 plate, 2 plates, 2 plates and a 25
leg curls 3x12
barbell side bends: 3x15 worked with 30 and 35lbs
db shrugs: 100'sx15, 120'x15, 105'sx15 with 1 second iso hold each rep at the top
barbell spiders for grip: 3x15-20 worked up to 1 plate each side
Notes: Good to be back to posting on the iron revs, right now im focusing on using the right amount of volume so that i can train optimally
